Dignified Support Services has been approved by the state of Ohio as an Agency certified to work with Medicaid to provide Individual Options and Level 1 Waiver Services. Although we are an independent agency, we maintain compliance with all County and State Developmental Disabilities service provider regulations. This agency works with all County agencies and professional organizations with the goal of providing the most informed and proactive supports to our clients. As there are many members on any individuals case management team, we assure those professional relationships are effectively maintained. We maintain these relationships by ensuring that all engagements regarding our clients have a positive, productive, and team oriented disposition and by providing the specialized members on the team with the information they need to be effective in their specialized areas of support.
